  Mr. Dorenfeld was retained to handle a civil case with my previous employer where an improper conduct took place by them. He indicated the simplicity of the case and oddly sent me PI pre printed agreement to sign. For the duration of my case, and despite my personal meetings with him and appealing to his sense of professionalism my case has been handled very weak and not resolute it was not fruitful. His court appearances were so vague making sidelines to the judge unaware of what his partner has done so far or what needs to take place next. During the jury, he so openly misrepresented an undisputed fact by either party and made up a last minute argument just because he had no argument or strategy to present. I wanted to rise up and dismiss him right there and then. I was so infuriated that how my attorney could deliberately do such thing. He never took the case seriously and when it came to Jury instruction he could not put in the adequate instructions and was overruled by the opposing attorney. He lost the case and they are after me for their court cost of $60,000. He has been the most hands off, least communicated attorney I have ever met. He displayed serious shortcomings that need to be known by all.
